Our Process

Building great brands is like building a high-speed railway. Some of these stages may require less time than others depending on the specific challenges, but we’ll work with you to build a plan and scope that works for you.

Phase I

Audit/Assessment

Before we start laying out a plan, we need to survey the land, understand the geography, and determine feasibility. We’ll first spend time with you in your market, getting to know your team, your culture, and your processes in order to deliver an in-depth analysis.


Phase II

Roadmapping

Now that we know the landscape, it’s time to create a blueprint. Armed with the information we gathered and a strong sense of where you want to go, together we will help determine the best course. We will work side-by-side with you to make tough decisions, build the plan, define the strategy, and set attainable goals within reasonable timelines.


Phase III

DELIVERY

This is where the heavy lifting gets done. Time to lay some track. Even the best-laid plans require a refined structure in order to be executed. By laying in a scalable workflow with clear documentation, this is where the project deliverables will be realized.


Phase IV

IMPLEMENTATION

Before you can send a train full of people hurtling down the line, we need to make sure we’re prepared for embarkation. We don’t see our work as being done when the last boxes are checked—we want to ensure long term success. Accomplishing that takes training the trainers, getting top down buy-in, and empowering your team.
